Tiene días que me siento extrañamente atraido por esta canción, y si bien, motivos para sentirme bien los tengo a montones, esta rola me pone bien, me pone de humor, de letra divertida de frases que en ciertos contextos tienen que ver por supuesto conmigo y con lo que pienso y siento hoy día...
The Kooks son una banda de indie rock originaria de Brighton, Inglaterra. Su álbum de debut, Inside In/Inside Out, permaneció de forma inexplicable la mitad de 2006 en las listas británicas, vendiendo más de un millón de copias en el Reino Unido, 38 semanas en el Top 20 del Reino Unido y alcanzando tres veces el estatus de disco de platino.
La melodía en custión se desprende de su más reciente material "Konk" ,al escucharlo me hizo recordar algunas de aquellas sensaciones de los primeros discos de Oasis, The Waterboys, a medias con The Corrs y a ratos algo de REM.
Por lo pronto ahí les va con letra y todo, con dedicatoria por aquella noche de Boda recorriendo la Ciudad de México con lluvia y cantando a todo pulmón (Verdad que te acuerdas?)
